"Second reservation with Kayla, and she was just as great as the first time. She communicated openly and easily throughout the stay, sent pictures, and my cats clearly seemed comfortable with her. While we were away, there was a power outage, and she proactively reached out to ask if we wanted her to check on the cats since they use a powered water fountain. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and attentiveness. Highly recommend!"
