"Cianna is an in-the-flesh fairy catmother. I don’t even know where to begin with how spectacular she is—she’s not phoning anything in, she’s the *real deal*. I gleaned from the reviews that she’s something special, but she blew all of my expectations by far! For starters, she’s just a total cat whisperer. My shy guys warmed up to her *immediately*, never seen anything like it. My geriatric cat ate so well for her I think she actually gained back some weight, and played with her tail up in the air like I hadn’t seen her do for months since my dad (her original owner) died 🥹. She handled an emergency vet for an irritated eye so gracefully, and literally sang to my cat to calm him down because I mentioned he seems to like it. She had him so at ease he was making biscuits in the exam room with her. She got my nervous cat completely over his fear of ceiling fans (serious blessing since we’ve just had a heatwave—thank you!). Not only did she bring toys for them but she made some out of empty cat food boxes and toilet paper rolls to keep them entertained and also rigged some to dispense treats for my food motivated guy. She taught me so much about enriching their environment just through her daily(+) pics/vids and updates, which were very thorough and such a joy to read/see! She really just came in here and improved all of our lives, no kidding. She spent over a week in my home with my crew and she took the best care of absolutely everything. She asks the most insightful questions and genuinely cares about her fur-clients happiness and well-being. She also dealt with an unforeseen complication involving another client’s pet that could have potentially impacted mine with the utmost professionalism and timeliness and was proactive in ensuring my guys were kept safe. I just can’t say enough about her! To say I’m impressed is a huge understatement. She’s a gem. Excellent at her job and a really lovely person, all around!"

"Our first time booking with Emma was great. We had not left our lil lady with anyone since she started needed insulin shots (along with a few other meds). Emma managed her long list of eating peculiarities and multiple medicines with ease and sent us daily updates with a bunch of photos so that we could see that everything was going well. It is easy to see how much Emma truly cares about cats and that she will do whatever is necessary to make sure that their time away from you is as stress-free as possible."

"Shay was great! She offered to come and meet our cat Bella a few weeks before we went away so that she could get instructions and see our home. She always sent pictures of Bella even when she was hiding she tried to entice her with a toy to get a picture. She also feed our fish and watered my aerogarden in my kitchen. She scooped the litterbox and cleaned up all the cat bowls. I felt secure that our elderly cat was in good hands and that Shay would communicate any issues with us. I think written directions are helpful which I also left in case she had any questions. I would recommend Shay because of her good communication and experience with the complex personalities of cats."

While I was away, she truly went above and beyond, she gave my cats their own little vacation. She spent quality time with them brushing, playing, and interacting, not just stopping in for the basics. She sent detailed updates with photos and videos at every visit, which were exciting to receive and gave me total peace of mind knowing they were being cared for so well. One of my cats can be very moody and feisty, and Hillary handled him with incredible patience and understanding.
