"We have had many catsitters over the years -- some we felt were wonderful. Jazel stood out as better than them all. Truly. We have 2 cats; one is in end of life care. I had to travel on business for 5 days and was worried about leaving him with anyone. Jazel put my mind at ease on day one. She cared for him like I would and sent me videos. She has a keen eye for details and does things I didn't ask her to do. Example: During the recent snow, she not only dug her car out and braved the roads, but she brought a shovel and shoveled our stoop so she could open the front door. She is DEPENDABLE and takes her responsibility seriously. I can't say enough good things about Jazel. We will be using her again and again."

"Elizabeth is the best! That’s all you need to know, but I shall not gatekeep her glory! Elizabeth just cat sat for me for 10 days (45 min sessions) while I was on vacation in Hawaii, an 11-hour flight from where I live. I had never used a cat sitter before—as in, I have never left my cat Rune alone for more than a DAY, so you can imagine how skeptical and scared I was. I decided to give Meowtel a chance over Rover because I read online that Meowtel vets their cat sitters much more extensively, and I was really nervous at the prospect of allowing a stranger into my home while I was away. I’m SO GLAD I decided to trust my gut and try it, because I truly could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Elizabeth. I was so impressed with her. Elizabeth got in contact with me quickly after booking and asked thorough, thoughtful questions leading up to our reservation (and took her OWN notes!). It’s clear to me that she truly cares about what she does, and has extensive experience with cats, because she knows how to interact with them in a way that respects their boundaries and keeps them calm yet curious. She asks all the right questions. She is kind, calm, professional, soft spoken, follows directions to a T, she’s an excellent communicator (she told me every day what time she expected to stop by and provided photos/videos/summaries every single day), and she was so incredibly respectful of my space and things (she left everything exactly as I had it and even asked if I have any house rules and if she should take off her shoes which I thought was so sweet of her). More than experience alone though, I think she truly has a gift with feline friends. My kitty took a liking to her right away, and he normally hides under the bed and doesn’t trust strangers. Not so with Elizabeth - he saw something good in her and bravely came mosying up to her from day 1, and by day 2 he was playing and making biscuits on her! Elizabeth is the kind of person who you can tell just has good cat energy/spirit, and animals can tell too. She even still visited my kitty during a 2-day snowstorm! My flight home was also delayed and there was a possibility I would need to extend my reservation and have her come an extra day, and she said it would be absolutely no problem. I can’t tell you how much that flexibility meant to me, knowing that if need be, I wouldn’t need to book with another stranger for a day or have my kitty get to know somebody else again. She spent every day checking for all the things I asked her to, playing with my kitty, giving him treats, and most of all giving him love, enrichment, and human interaction. I can’t recommend her enough. From one neurotic and overly-attached (but is there really such a thing?) cat mom to another, if you’re reading this, this is exactly who you want - you will not regret booking with Elizabeth one bit. It’s not easy being away from your pets but she will erase all anxiety and you’ll feel so much better knowing that your kitty is in the best care possible in the meantime. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future, and I know my kitty already can’t wait to see her again (I think he is seriously in love)!😻"

"Bracha was absolutely great! She has a very calm demeanor that allowed my normally skittish cats to warm up to her very quickly. She took great care of my 3 cats and even managed to wrangle my difficult one to give him his medicine (quite an impressive feat since he’s a challenge). I very much looked forward to and appreciated her daily communication on the well being of my cats, as well as any things she noticed (hair balls, fighting, etc.). She also provided daily pictures and even videos sometimes, which helped as I was missing them while I was away. I’d definitely recommend her services and I will continue to reach out to her as well."

"As I began writing thi , I said aloud to my husband, “Ok, so, five stars…” and he said, “No. FIVE HUNDRED stars.” Kyle just inspires that kind of devotion. Usually, when we return from a week or more away, our cat is semi-feral and incandescent with rage at us, taking hours or even a day or more to get comfortable with us again. This time, she trotted right out, vocal and affectionate. She’s not an easy cat to get to know, but Kyle worked so hard to make inroads with her, and it showed in her demeanor right away. And he shared his progress as we were gone, letting us know how they were getting along (in addition to detailed reports on everything, including her litter activity). Kyle is uncommonly devoted to his work as a sitter, but more importantly, he just loves cats. It’s clear that he’s curious and insightful, willing to go far to uncover the reasons behind certain behaviors and help troubleshoot. He even shared treats with her and brought her a pack of the ones she liked. We’ve never had an experience this positive and hope we never have to work with a non-Kyle sitter again. He’s just the best."
