Since my cats get anxious around new people, I asked for a short, quick visit without play time. Kristin was super efficient, completing everything in under 10 minutes, cleaning the litter boxes, refreshing their food and water, and sending great photo updates. She even went the extra mile by bringing in my packages and trash bin! She is absolutely amazing, and I will definitely be booking her again. Highly recommended!"
