She communicated clearly throughout, sent regular updates so I always knew my cats were doing well, and was always on time. What really impressed me was the attention she gave to the little things — the litter box was always clean, she made sure the cats had their nails clipped, and she genuinely took time to make sure they were comfortable and well cared for. And if you happen to need a German-speaking sitter, Caroline has that covered too! Even years later, I still think of her as one of the best cat sitters I've ever had. "Melissa was absolutely amazing with my notoriously shy and scared cats. She was able to interact with them from the first day, which had never been accomplished before. She even got the one that never comes out from under the bed to hang out with her. She is a cat whisperer for sure and I can only hope she’s available whenever I need to go out of town. I was well informed with pictures and videos which put me so at ease. I absolutely recommend her 200%!!"
