"Lindsay really put us at ease with her excellent communication and willingness to meet our 14 year old cat on her terms. She accommodated not only a video chat during her travels, but also a quick meeting on her return to go over our cats routine and make sure it was a good fit. She sent pictures during her visits and helped us with an unrelated issue with our security system. She even spent a little extra time to allow our cat to feel comfortable. The fact that our previously feral cat warmed up to her so quickly in just two visits, shows what a calm and caring personality Lindsay has. She followed all of our instructions and we would be happy to have her back for future visits."
