Sage can be a little spicy around people she doesn’t know and isn’t afraid to hiss or throw paws when she’s feeling unsure, but Ashley was incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding with her. She kept her composure and still made sure Sage was comfortable, well cared for, and had everything she needed. Ashley also went above and beyond by taking the extra time to tidy up Sage’s area and a few other things during her visit, which I really appreciated. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed how attentive and caring she is. I felt reassured knowing Sage was in good hands, and I would absolutely recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a patient, reliable, and thoughtful cat sitter!"

In the past, with other pet sitters, I’ve spent most of our trips worried about whether or not the cats were okay - but Nan sent thorough, timely updates with great photos every day and we were able to enjoy our trip knowing they were in good hands. Nan was sweet, professional, and loved on our kitties like they were her own from the meet and greet through the final day of our reservation. She even watered our plants and brought the mail in for us! We will 100% be booking again next time we go out of town!"

"I selected Mallory at Meowtel based on her easy smile … boy was I right! She was courteous and professional at our meet and greet. My 2 British shorthairs warmed up to her immediately. She listened carefully to my instructions and asked for clarification where needed. I felt very comfortable leaving the kittens with her. I was sent detailed reports about the cats each day with the most wonderful photos and videos. Mallory played each day with the kittens! She also took excellent care of the house and mail/packages. I communicated each day with Mallory via chat after her morning visits. When we got home I found a hand written note from Mallory telling me how she enjoyed spending time with the kitties…very impressive! I highly recommend Mallory as a cat sitter. "I cannot rave enough about Cindy! She truly cared for my cats as if they were her own, and it gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. One of my favorite parts of each day was receiving the adorable photos and videos she sent from every visit. Cindy’s visit summaries were incredibly detailed, thoughtful, and honestly so much fun to read. I always knew exactly how my cats were doing. My cat, Tori, is notoriously grumpy and not the friendliest, but Cindy never gave up on him. She spent over an hour with him every day, patiently letting him get used to her at his own pace. Instead of forcing interaction, she earned his trust, and it was heart warming to see him gradually open up to her. Her patience and genuine love for cats really shined through. Cindy was always punctual, handled Tori's insulin injections so well despite Tori being naughty and spicy! Communication with Cindy was effortless from beginning to end. "Our reservation was easy to make and I love the fact that we got to meet with Arwa before hand. We have 2 kitties 13 and 14 years old. Both are on medication and one has a special food. Arwa checked with us to be sure she had the proper dosage and servings. which I truly appreciated. A few days in, our older cat with an electronic feeder, managed to get her collar off. Arwa was able to work with my neighbor to get it back on. Our girls are a handful and she went above and beyond! I recommend Arwa and will use her services again."
