"Susan was amazing! I was very nervous to leave my cat alone for the first time while I was traveling, but Susan really put me at ease by sending updates and lots of pictures and videos while she was there. My cat is very shy with new people, but he was cuddling up on Susan’s lap halfway through the first visit! I was really able to trust that my kitty was in the best hands with Susan!"
