"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sophie. While we were away, our senior cat Mingus unexpectedly had a seizure and needed emergency care. Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most. We are so thankful for everything she did for our old boy, and now he is back to his normal self and enjoying his favorite spot in the sun! 🌞"

Maeve can be very shy and cautious with people, so it meant so much to me that, after nearly two years, she actually came down from her favorite hiding spot while Debbie was here. That speaks volumes about the trust Debbie has earned with her. Debbie follows Maeve’s routine carefully, keeps me updated with messages and photos, and pays attention to the little things that make me feel completely comfortable while I’m away. She even noticed Maeve’s cat grass and watered it, despite that not being anywhere in my instructions—just one example of how observant and thoughtful she is. Most importantly, it’s very clear that Debbie genuinely cares about Maeve and treats her as an individual, not simply another pet-sitting appointment. Knowing Maeve is being so well cared for makes being away from her much easier. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Debbie and wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with Maeve again."
