Erika was kind, personable, responsive, and incredibly attentive. While I was away, my cat had a medical decline, and Erica went above and beyond including staying later than scheduled during an emergency and providing genuine care, patience, and love. She sent thoughtful updates that truly mattered to me. She also cared for my outdoor cats without hesitation. Knowing all my pets were safe and supported made all the difference.
