"Heather was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for our cat while we were away. From the very beginning, Heather was kind, caring, dependable, attentive, and truly wonderful. What makes Heather so special is that our cat is not friendly with people at all. We were honestly a little worried about how she would react to someone coming into our home to care for her. But somehow, Heather completely won her over! Our cat was not only comfortable with Heather, she was actually affectionate with her, which is something we rarely see. That alone told us everything we needed to know about how gentle, patient, and caring Heather is with animals. Heather went above and beyond to make sure our cat was well cared for, comfortable, and happy. She kept us updated during our time away, and especially the videos were reassuring. Knowing she was there gave us tremendous peace of mind. We never had to worry because we knew our cat was in the best possible hands. Heather is exceptionally trustworthy, responsible, compassionate, and reliable. She clearly has a genuine love for animals, and it shows in the way she cares for them. We would recommend Heather 100% without hesitation to anyone looking for someone to care for their cats. In fact, if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to have Heather care for your cat, choose her! You will not be disappointed. He arrived when he said he would, provided a detailed summary of each visit with lots of pictures and videos, and was super nice about cleaning up one of our cat's Protest Tub Poops (sorry again, Nathan!!!) 5/5 stars, we'd definitely hire him again if he'll take us!"

"Aileen went above and beyond! This is our first experience with meowtel and her. Both kitties are seniors, so we booked her for overnights. Unfortunately, Alfie got sick a few hours before we had to leave, and I was really worried about him since he's so frail. Thankfully, Aileen was able to give the meds needed, and had great observation skills, noticed a change, alerted me, and I had her speak to the vet. She followed thru with vet's suggestions and Alfie finished the meds with no more problems. Our shy kitty, Harley ,got so comfortable with her that he even slept with her! The house was left in perfect condition too. We will definitely book her again!!"
