"It was our first time with Sarah and aa it turns out, one of our cats, had been in and out of the UrgentVet and our own vet and we were still not sure what was going on. All we knew was that she wasn't eating. Finally, the day before we discovered a few things she would eat to keepher going for the overnight trip. Sarah was great! She gave us reports on all three cats, especially Spice. She gave Spice her medicine and sent pictures showing everyone eat. lt was reassuring that our babies were well looked after while we were gone. We look forward to using her again!"

I appreciated her coming over and meeting me and the cats ahead of time. During that visit, she was also able to see the environment and ask questions about care. During the time she took care of my cats, Ciarra was consistent with the time she came over, always notified me when she arrived and sent pictures of the cats and their full water, food and clean litter box. "Jacob was VERY responsive to my texts, communicated well and clearly, and came over in advance to meet my 4 cats, all of whom came out to meet him as well. He has a gentle manner, they were all interested in him, and I liked the way he interacted with them. Jacob showed up when he was supposed to, stayed overnight, left my house in good condition, and most importantly, my cats appeared happy when I got home. Jacob stopped by the day afterward to pick up something and my rowdy cat ran over to him repeatedly and was clearly happy to see him! What I especially liked was that each time my cat came over to rub around Jacob's legs, Jacob bent down to stroke and talk to him in a natural way. He clearly enjoys cats. In talking with Jacob, he also seemed to "get" the personalities of all 4 of my cats, each of whom is quite different. Would ABSOLUTELY and UNEQUIVOCABLY recommend Jacob and I will be using him in the future."
