She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared a lot about my cat. The updates and photos gave me real peace of mind. She went above and beyond with little notes and took the time make him feel safe and comfortable that really showed how attentive she was. It was clear she took the time to understand my cat’s personality and needs, which made all the difference. I’m going away and my mom had a medical issue and i needed a last minute sitter and she helped me out and accommodated me so well I’m so grateful for her."

"We couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter! Vivian took exceptional care of our three cats, each with very different personalities, for eight days while we were away. From the very beginning, she was attentive, reliable, and incredibly responsive. She kept us updated with multiple photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our cats were in her care. One of our cats requires insulin injections twice a day, and she handled this responsibility flawlessly. She made sure he stayed on schedule with every dose, carefully monitored him afterward, and always kept us informed about how he was doing. Knowing he was receiving such attentive care made all the difference. She also took the time to truly get to know each cat, respecting their individual personalities and boundaries. She patiently earned their trust, gave them space when they needed it, and spent quality time playing with them, giving treats, and following their feeding schedule. It was clear that Vivian genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. We returned home to three happy, healthy, and well-cared-for cats.
