I was stranded out of state during a major snowstorm, she was in the middle of the storm and still managed to calm my major anxiety about leaving my fur babies alone. Her communication is above and beyond, she truly cares about her clients, and she has seriously amazing intuition. She treats my cats as if they were her own, braving the elements to get to them as soon as she could. When she could have easily delayed or canceled a visit, she shoveled out her car early in the morning to check on my two divas. I couldn't be more grateful."

"Our reservation went wonderfully. Emma was very attentive, helpful, flexible, and caring to our cats, especially our one cat with chronic kidney disease who needed extra care with daily medicines and one fluid injection during the reservation. We recieved very detailed summaries about each visit, how our kitties were doing, and tasks that were completed. We received many pictures and videos too, and she was very communicative during the reservation, and she was willing to work with us and adjust one of our catsl's feeding regimens when one of them started to reject their initial meal plan, so we were very appreciative for her willingness to adjust and flexibility to make sure our one cat was eatting properly. Thank you so much, Emma, for taking care of our pets while we were away! We'll definitely be reaching out here again if/when we need pet sitting services again!"

She did the basics of litter box cleaning and feeding but then she also played with her, brought special toys, offered some training like snuggling and herring her used to being held, treat training, getting in her carry box training and so much more! she sent pictures and videos every day! in addition to cat sitting she got the mail and watered the plants. We will definitely have Cianna cat sit again!! 😊"

"We had an urgent situation come up in which we needed someone to administer medication for our pet Nala. I reached out to Hillary through the app and she responded immediately to my booking request. It was around 9pm in the evening and she took the time to do a zoom call with me and then came early the next morning to meet in person and learn about Nala. She relieved my stress greatly by coming to give Nala he medication dose later that evening. Hillary is professional and extremely knowledgeable about cats. I would highly recommend her. Additionally the app is user friendly and convenient."

"Shay was great! She offered to come and meet our cat Bella a few weeks before we went away so that she could get instructions and see our home. She always sent pictures of Bella even when she was hiding she tried to entice her with a toy to get a picture. She also feed our fish and watered my aerogarden in my kitchen. She scooped the litterbox and cleaned up all the cat bowls. I felt secure that our elderly cat was in good hands and that Shay would communicate any issues with us. I think written directions are helpful which I also left in case she had any questions. I would recommend Shay because of her good communication and experience with the complex personalities of cats."
