"Rachael did a great job! She was very kind when she came by the house to meet our cats. When she visited to check on our animals, she took before and after photos of the litter box, food bowls, and water bowls. This gave me assurance my cats had their needs met. Then she took quite a few photos of my cats- them interacting with Rachael and playing with the toys she brought. The photos gave me such comfort as I was away from them for two weeks. After sending the pictures, she told me everything she did during the visit. When we returned home from our trip, our cats seemed happy and content! I am very grateful she was there to tend to them while I was not! I would definitely feel comfortable with Rachael taking care of my fur babies again."

She handled his medications without any issues and even got him to eat his prescription food, which can sometimes be a challenge when we’re gone. We came home to a clean house and a happy cat.
