"I am very much a helicopter cat mom, and this was the first time I’ve hired someone I didn’t know to take care of my babies. I could not have asked for a better sitter than Demi! I was incredibly nervous about having someone new look after my kitties, but she went above and beyond to provide complete peace of mind. She was incredibly professional, reliable, and followed all of my detailed care instructions to a T. My cats can be very skittish around new people, but Demi was so patient and really took the time to understand and respect their unique little personalities. She even managed to get my most timid hider to come out for treats and head scritches, which is a total miracle! I looked forward to the detailed picture and video updates she sent every single day, which totally set my mind at ease while I was away. When I returned home, it was clear they had been thoroughly loved and cared for. Their food and fresh water were perfectly topped off, and the litter boxes were pristine. Leaving my cats is always stressful, especially because one of them has GI cancer and can get sick unexpectedly, but she gave me complete peace of mind. She went so far above and beyond what I expected. At one point my sick cat threw up, and she cleaned it up (event though I told we her she didn’t need to!) That level of kindness and care meant so much to me. She also sent the sweetest updates and photos after every visit, and it was obvious she genuinely loved spending time with my cats instead of just stopping by to check boxes. You can tell she truly cares about the animals she’s watching, and that is something you can’t teach. I came home to happy, well-loved cats, and I am beyond grateful for everything she did. She did so with respect to my cats, meeting them at their comfort level and never forcing them, during the meet & greet. She took notes on what my needs where for each cat. She expertly handles 2 of my cats medicine needs (transdermal application and a pill). She asked if she could give treats to the cats and meticulously noted which cat had medical reasons for why he could have most treats. She took great care of them. The litter boxes where well managed. Their was signs that she played with the cats. I received daily updates and pictures. She was highly responsive to any questions I had. She will forever be my first choice when I need someone to watch my babies."

I told Crystal she had to be a “Cat Whisperer “!!! She made sure Frank ate on time and received his daily medications, she fed them as instructed, cleaned their boxes and she even sent daily photos!!! my fur babies looked happy and seemed to really enjoy Crystals’ company!!!!
