"Katherine cared for Tawny beautifully, sent us photos daily and arrived on time. She also sent us a text update. She went above and beyond when she arrived and there was a puff back from the furnace, resulting in clouds of smokey soot. She called the fire dept and waited while they dealt with it, keeping us informed along the way. If she hadn't arrived on time and taken these actions, we might have been dealing with a far more serious issue."
