"Natalie took great care with our skittish and anxious kitty Luna. She spent the first few days sitting with her and letting her get comfortable and it worked like a charm. Luna came out for snacks, then cuddles, then some outdoor play time more quickly than we ever expected. The updates and photos showed clearly how much she was enjoying her new friend. Natalie also went above and beyond what was asked, staying extra time when Luna was finally engaging and cleaning and tidying up bowls, etc. We will 100% rebook with Natalie next time we travel."
