I could easily tell Samantha's fondness and knowledge about cats. When Samantha was taking care of my cat, she messaged me when there was a concerned question. My cat is very anxious and quite reserved. I thought Samantha handled Maggie's personality perfectly. She went above and beyond my exoectation in care of Maggie. I enjoyed the pictures and descriptions of their time together."
