We felt completely at ease knowing that she was taking excellent care of our beloved pet, especially since we reached out to her at the last minute. She sent regular photos, videos, and updates, which we really appreciated. She was also more than happy to help with additional tasks around the house, including taking in the mail, putting out the garbage, emptying the dehumidifier daily, and watering our plants. She truly went above and beyond our expectations. The care and attention she provided showed us that her services go far beyond simply feeding a cat and changing the litter. We’re very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to other pet owners!"
