"I was so happy to have Sarah look after Ponzu and Dashi again. She did such a fantastic job the first time that I had no hesitation booking her again, even though since then my boy, Ponzu, has been diagnosed with diabetes and now needs insulin twice a day. Sarah looked after them like they were her own. She came at the right times every day to give Ponzu his insulin, made sure they were fed, gave them plenty of attention, cuddles and playtime, and sent me so many photos and updates that I never had to wonder how they were doing. She even went above and beyond by bringing some of her own cat toys to keep them entertained and give them some extra enrichment, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. She also noticed the weather was going to be hot and made sure the air conditioning and fans were on so they stayed comfortable while I was away. When I came home, the litter boxes were spotless, she’d swept up around them, and honestly the apartment looked like she’d left it in better condition than I usually do myself! Sarah is reliable, caring, thoughtful and clearly loves animals. I can absolutely see why she has so many repeat clients - she’s an absolute gem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can completely trust with their pets. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Natalie was so great! this was a very last minute situation and Natalie came to our home on short notice to meet the cats and be shown around. She catered to the different personalities of my 2 cats! Natalie also kept in consistent communication regarding her visits and sent photos every day. She also helped by bringing in some packages and checking for water when it rained heavily, which was going above and beyond for us. I would absolutely work with Natalie again in a heartbeat and plan to moving forward!"

"Elizabeth is simply the best! She treated my cats as if they were her own. Smart, resourceful, great communicator and determined. My kitts are sweet but they are not fans of strangers in our home. My little guy, Cooper, is a next level hider. The first day, he didn’t show himself and I made the mistake of not having eyes on him right before leaving. Could he be trapped under the Sleep Number Bed I put down for the vacation?? Elizabeth went back to my home after hearing this and did everything in her power to find him. Her resourcefulness led her to find the bed remote and figure out how to put it up!! Thankfully he wasn’t there. Still not seeing him the next day, she looked everywhere and anywhere a cat could be hiding, then… “I FOUND HIM!” The sweetest three words. It’s hard to explain the comfort she brought me in that moment. She will go above and beyond to care for your cats. She is a true gem. Absolute 20 out of 10!!"
