Started out with friend’s family calling me to house/dog sit. By Word of mouth I’ve gotten many jobs. This job chose me. I love it so I thought I would start advertising. Feels good to help homeowners to not worry about their house or animals while on vacation. I love sending videos every day of their animals. It’s nice but my favorite is cats, and now that I don’t have one of my own anymore, I’ve really been missing it.
I do not work secularly so I have a pretty free schedule. Right now I housesit or about every other month so let me know about your dates the sooner the better but you never know I might be able to do last minute.

Professionally for 6 years. Always had cats in the house growing up. Most of my clients are word-of-mouth and they are my regulars. I periodically get them online also
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
Last year I had a client have me watch his dogs and cats, and I promised him I would send videos and photos of every day of them. It was the second day I sent a picture with one of his cats cuddling. And he got emotional and said he has a tracker on that cat because the last sitter that came, the cat got really upset and ran away and doesn’t like people. I had no idea the cat was like this. I was just thinking he was shy. So I left him alone to help him feel comfortable me being in the house. And I didn’t push anything. Really made me feel good that I gained the cat’s trust.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I had my old grumpy orange cat Emmett for 16 years before he died I miss him a lot. He had a lot of personality. He could be his violent kitty self and but also cuddly and loving, but he would only do that with me. we did everything together when I was home

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
