I love cats! I grew up with cats my entire life, and I have always rescued my pets and adopted from local animal shelters. I grew up in the Chicago suburbs, and when I first relocated to Arizona, I was an English teacher and moved out on my own. I adopted two cats and named them Cubs and Sox. I grew up as an avid baseball fan, so it was only fitting. In fact, you can check out Episode 148 on the Last Call Baseball podcast. Romeo is a tuxedo cat who was a stray that visited my grandma often. He was always super-friendly, so we rescued him from her front porch. Flower was part of the San Francisco SPCA and Macy's Holiday Windows program. Each winter holiday season, the SF SPCA decorates the huge Macy's store windows in Union Square with shelter animals who are available for adoption. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
