Amanda is an amazing cat sitter that everyone should use to take care of their cats while they are away from home! Amanda was very professional, and showed so much love to our cats while we were away from home for a week. Our two cats were in such good hands with Amanda. Lots of photos and videos showing that our cats were really getting the royal treatment. Amanda would send photos of their food being taken care of, their litter boxes cleaned out, and I felt that this was really above and beyond the call but very appreciated. So amazing to have someone like Amanda that you can trust, and her love for our cats comes through, as if our cats were her own. Everyone choose Amanda!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
