Maya was quick to respond and set up the meet and greet, seemed clear on what was needed, and even offered to take care of plants and other things if needed. She coaxed our shy cat out from under the bed and spent some quality time with him before leaving and sent us photos and a behavior/food and water check-in. Mays is a great cat sitter. She is very reliable and comes every day to provide food and water to our 3 fur babies. She keeps us posted on a daily basis providing notes and pictures. She also picks up the mail.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
