I can’t say enough about Vanessa! Not only did she ensure our sweet fur baby was taken care of, she also totally saved the entire care operation for our kitty, which involved multiple caregivers needing to enter our empty house, by personally replacing the batteries in our electronic door lock, which happened to come close to dying the day after my partner and I left. And if that wasn’t enough, she left a sweet note and a gift bag with Churu and greenies for my cat to munch on. Vanessa will not let you down.

Meowtel has been fantastic, especially since we're new to the Phoenix area and don't have friends or family nearby to watch our two "kids" (ahem, cats!). We've worked with Vanessa twice now and highly recommend her. She sent photos and videos twice daily, along with a detailed pet-sitting report card each evening that included updates on eating habits, litter box activity, and overall well-being. We always felt well informed and really appreciated the thoughtful communication. One of our favorite parts of the trip was waking up and winding down each day with adorable updates and pictures of our little kittos. It gave us real peace of mind and warmed our hearts while we were away. We've already told Vanessa we're hoping to plan another getaway in September and would love to have her cat-sit for us again!

Vanessa did an excellent job caring for our two cats over the weekend. She was highly communicative and sent updates throughout the day, which was especially reassuring since it was our first time working with her. We really appreciated the daily pet-sitting cards with notes, photos, and videos. Our home was in great shape when we returned, and it was clear our kittos were well cared for and had plenty of playtime. They seemed genuinely happy with her care. We’ve already booked Vanessa again for June and would absolutely recommend her!
