"Lily took great care of our three kitties. She took notes during our meet and greet, so we knew she'd remember all the important details, which was reassuring from the start. We weren't able to keep in touch while we were away as we had no cell service, but we came home to everything tidy, Litter Genie bag changed, detailed notes about how the visits went for each cat, and a cute Polaroid photo of each of them. That included one of our very shy boy, and he amazingly wasn't hiding out under our bed, which I might not have believed without photographic evidence. Thanks, Lily, for being a good friend to our little ones while we were away :)"

"Brit was incredible! Before our vacation even began she took multiple trips over to make sure she wouldn’t be a complete stranger to our kitties and did a couple trial runs of subQ fluids so that our kitty who needs them would be comfortable with her doing it. She was always super communicative and during our vacation gave us more updates than we could ever ask for, including written summaries, pictures, and even edited videos! She also kept the place very clean and besides the basics of regular feeding, watering, and scooping litter she went above and beyond with bringing our kitties different toys and enrichment items each time she came, and it seems our kitties enjoyed playing too! She also offered to take on a little more and care for the house, but we didn’t need it. She did take the bins to the curb on trash day though and that was super nice of her. She is literally the sweetest and we are so grateful to have found her and would love to use her services again, as long as she is available. Thank you so much Brit!"

"Setting up a reservation and profile was easy and convenient and the communication from and with Meowtel and Jennifer was outstanding. Jennifer was so kind, caring, and patient with my two very shy cats and I loved receiving photos and written updates with each of the visits. I appreciate Jennifer’s visit prior to the actual reservation dates. I fully trusted Jennifer to take good care of my cats, one of whom needed medications, and look forward to working with her again. Highly recommended."

"We are very happy that we had Melissa as our Cat Sitter. She gave Sofia so much one on one attention during her visits! Melissa is very responsible and did not hesitate to communicate any concerns. She made me feel comfortable knowing that my beloved cat would be safe and secure. Melissa is a caring and kind person and also takes fabulous photos!!! ❤️ We would not hesitate to have her be Sofia’s Catsitter again. Sofia missed Melissa as she looked for her to come through the front the first couple of days we returned!"

"Tess was super attentive & very sweet with my boys. at times she was able to show up earlier than asked which was a huge help for me while i was away. the fact that she's going to school to become a vet also put my nerves at ease. the boys & myself can't thank her enough for being the best sitter anyone could ask for. she went above & beyond with cleaning up after the boys turned their little box into a 4th of july show. she sent photos daily which i very much needed since i was having separation anxiety.it was a true pleasure having her as their sitter."
