Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Fancy is our Chocolatepoint Siamese. She is 5 years old and she’s our chatterbox. She loves everyone. Reba is Fancy’s daughter. She is a Lilacpoint Siamese and she is 4 years old. She sleeps snuggled next to me or on top of me. We adopted both from Noah’s Ark almost 4 years ago. Ginger and Peaches are ginger sisters. They are approximately 10 weeks old and they were rescued from a back yard by a dear friend; their mama was gone. They are active and silly, but when it’s nap time and bedtime, they HAVE to be next to us (hubby or me).

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

It’s important to meet the cat and the parents on their turf. I’m able to see the environment I’ll be spending time in and they can observe me with their kitty(s). Also, communication is very important if I am chosen to be their sitter. I will take notes about their fur baby’s needs and schedule so that nothing is missed.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, I am available during holidays, but of course my fee would be increased if I am hired during those times.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

PATIENTLY! Let them observe me, smell me, speak gently, don’t rush them.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
