"My boyfriend and I are so happy to have found Anna. She is friendly, intelligent, professional and great with our two cats. We can tell she really cares! When we met with her, we had typed up and gave in-person instructions that we thought were quite thorough. She impressed us early on by asking important questions about things we hadn’t even thought of! We have one adventurous cat and one scared-y cat. She was so patient with our shy boy and obviously he picked up on her good vibes. After the second visit, both cats were already out in her presenuuce and even playing a little bit with her! She sent plenty of pictures and videos of both of them to keep our mind at ease and also was a great communicator. In conclusion: no notes. It’s such a relief to know that our cats are safe and cared for so that we can really enjoy our time away. What a blessing. Thank you for being awesome, Anna!"

"Bea did a great job with our cats. Both got diarrhea while we were away and stopped eating. She communicated well with us about everything, cleaned up messes, tried multiple things to help them feel better, and even gave our long-haired cat a butt trim to keep him clean. Lily was also being difficult about taking her Prozac, but Bea managed to get her to take it, which isn't easy with one person. She also gave Frankie his inhaler."

Ernie's Cats
"Ernest was my 1st experience using Meowtel and I think he should be an ambassador because my experience was fantastic. All my fears about the worst case scenario were dispelled with Ernie because he was responsive, kind, deep expertise with cats bc he owned them, my cat warmed up to him right away, and he sent pics every visit. Now the kicker part is he observed my cat was licking an area that my indicate she has a bladder infection. She does have an anal gland issue, so the fact he noticed her behavior and correctly clocked an issue without knowing her history was moved Ernie from a 10/10 to 50000/10."

Cat Lover Experienced With Medications
"My cat, Peggy, is a sweetie, but she's very fearful of people she doesn't know - her usual practice is to hide under a bed until they're gone. Dawn was able to feed her, give her a pill, and even play with her. She's a cat whisperer! She's also very professional and accommodating - she came ridiculously early every morning to keep Peggy's pill schedule. I feel very fortunate to have found Dawn."

Shaun's Pawsitive Cat Sitting Services
"Shaun helped step in when we had to ask a previous sitter to leave in the middle of our travels. We had never booked Shaun before and it is always difficult to vett someone new, but he requested a call to discuss the situation and asked a lot of great questions to ensure that he was going to be the right person to help out. His attention to detail helped us feel comfortable handing over our cats and home remotely. Shaun followed our instructions and gave daily updates, and even helped to clean up some puke caused by the previous sitter not following our guidance. He stayed and made sure our younger cat was not stealing all the food from our senior renal cat so that these kinds of issues could be avoided. He only covered for a few days but sent plenty of daily updates so we could rest assured and enjoy the remainder of our vacation."

Catsittin' On The Dock Of The Bay
"Diego was all around AMAZING throughout his 9 night stay with my two kitties, Moonlight & Wolfie!! It started with him really taking the time to get down all of the details during our meet & greet. His high level of care continued throughout the sit by giving me updates on Moonlight's eating habits (I had started trying to sort out pickiness issues vs. health issues with her prior to my trip.). He was very responsive whenever I sent him a message. He was great about sending pics. He even went over and above to go out and purchase more of the food that Moonlight was choosing to eat over others so that I would have enough to get me through for a few days after returning. He left our place very tidy, which is always nice to come home to from a trip. Simply put, he genuinely cared for the wellbeing of both of my cats and actively engaged with them. Also, based on the pics it was obvious they really enjoyed him being here with them! What a blessing to have been able to completely trust that my cats were in good hands while on vacation for 10 days... especially given that one was having eating issues!! Would I book Diego again? Absolutely... in fact, I already have!! Would I recommend Diego? 100%!!!"

Cats With Jazz Llc - Certified Cat Care
"I am certain Jazz's attention, awareness, keen observation of my cat saved his life. The TL;DR is that Jazz met him once at our meet & greet and while watching him a couple of weeks later was able to tell that something was not right with him. Jazz alerted me to the situation right away; he was able to get life-saving fluids and medical care that night. When you trust your little loves to a stranger, you want to believe they won't just come over for five minutes, drop food ina. bowl and split.Jazz paid the kind of attention I pay. Priceless. This was the first time I worked with Jazz and every day exceeded my expectations from the check-ins to the captivating photos. I have a former feral that came out of hiding and interacted with Jazz; a miracle in itself. I can't say enough good things about Jazz but I can say Jazz will be watching my cats from now on."
