Cat Sitting in Alpine, CA
Over the last three decades, I have shared my home and life with seven cats, each with a distinct personality, temperament and set of needs. I currently have two cats at home, and caring for them remains one of the most rewarding parts of my daily life. My experience has taught me that cats require more than food, water, and a clean litter box. They also need patience, affection, consistency, careful observation and respect for their individual routines and boundaries.
I also have experience caring for cats that require medication... I am a longtime Alpine resident with a deep love for cats and a genuine commitment to serving my local community. Having lived in Alpine, California, for the past 30 years, I know the area well and would like to provide cat-sitting services exclusively to families within this community.

I also have experience caring for cats that require medication. Over the years, I have administered many types of feline medications, including pills and liquid medicine given by mouth. I understand the importance of carefully following dosage instructions, maintaining the prescribed schedule and using a calm patient approach that minimizes stress for the cat.
I am mature, dependable, disciplined and hard working person who understands the responsibility involved in caring for someone else’s pets and entering their home. I will carefully follow all instructions, arrive as scheduled, maintain a clean and secure environment, and communicate promptly with owners about their cats’ behavior and well- being.
Most importantly, I am an animal lover with great empathy for cats. I understand that some cats are immediately friendly, while others may be shy, cautious, or anxious when their owners are away. I give each cat the time, space, reassurance and attention it needs.
I would welcome the opportunity to provide reliable, thoughtful and compassionate care for cats in Alpine. My goal is to give every owner peace of mind and ensure that every cat feels safe, comfortable and well cared for in its own home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Alpine cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $29.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
