Her response time was immediate so we set up a meeting date/time. Jazz is very friendly, genuine, personable and knowledgeable. I felt at ease with her right away! She took notes and I felt she would be a great fit for my shy and at times unsociable fur baby Midnite. Jazz followed all instructions and texted me with in depth updates, or if she had any questions. The photos with my kitty Midnite were was so helpful in relieving my anxiety with leaving Midnite for two weeks. She even made incredible progress with Midnite with receiving a few head butts and allowing Jazz to scratch her chin after some treat/social sessions. That is a big step for my black ball of fluff and I appreciate Jazz 's patience with Midnite and allowing her space and comfort while attempting to gain her trust. Jazz made sure the house remained clean and tidy, scooping litter and cleaning up a few accidents, with daily maintenance of food and water bowls. I am very pleased with Jazz and she made the experience wonderful, less stress inducing while knowing my kitty was being so lovingly taken care of by her.. I think Jazz did great. I have a standoffish cat and a cowardly cat. I feel based on photos that she did great with both. She seems to have respected both cat's space and my cowardly cat got some exposure to another person besides myself (which is good for him cause he thinks people will eat him. It's good for him to understand that's not the case).

I was abroad, so not much I could do, but Jazz did everything in her power to make my kitten feel safe and secure. Jazz is moving on to bigger and better things - good for her! We, however, will miss Jazz’s visits.

Jazz is amazing with cats! I was completely at ease while gone for two weeks. She sent a daily update and included pictures of my fur babies! She's a wonderful photographer and my cats both warmed up to her. One is very friendly and the other is shy and skittish. She had both of them coming out for cuddles and treats from her hand. She did an excellent job, and she is now the first person I will call when I am traveling. This young woman knows what she's doing and has a way with cats. Looking forward to the next time, Jazz...so are Joey & Olivia!

Jazz is an angel on earth with a heart of gold! It's clear she has an extraordinary connection with cats, and frankly - her knowledge is beyond a few vets I've encounted! I had 2 cat sitting experiences before with other sitters, and I wish I had found Jazz sooner. She shines in passion and professionalism, but on top of it all she sincerely cares. My cat is 19, he needs to be encouraged to eat, drink, and exercise on top of medications - Jazz didn't skip a beat. She also allowed me to pick her brain on care going forward - seriously she knows her stuff! This was the most confident I've ever felt (only time really) being away, I can't thank her enough!!! JAZZ WE LOVE YOU!!!

Im not sure how many times now that I have used Jazz but shes been reliable and steady as a sitter. I can always trust my kitty is in great hands with her. I love the photos and detailed after visit report.

Jazz was great! She came to meet my cats and took thorough notes and asked really great questions. She was communicative the entire time and sent me awesome photos when she was done with the visit. I will definitely hope she will be available any time in the future I might need her!

Jazz is the most conscientious cat sitter we've ever had. Our cat is shy beyond words. It takes a lot of patience and care for a cat sitter to sit next to a cat who won't come out from under a bed and talk to her. Jazz also brought special treats to try to coax our cat out. We really appreciate the attention and love she gives Tilly.

Jazz was very easy to communicate with. She worked with our schedule and was very responsive whenever we had any questions. Regarding the care of our animals, she did a wonderful job. My cats took to her very quickly and they looked very well taken care of. She also did a great job with our plants and just the general care of the house. She also provided great pictures and videos while were away. We would 100% ask for her to look after our animals again.
