We had recently lost our dog and both cats have had major personality & behavioral changes since then. "Kelda is simply amazing! Both of my boys are extremely shy around new people. During the meet n greet Kelda was able to pet one of them… a great start indeed! During the 13 days I was away, she sent daily photos/videos and shared progress updates of how the boys were coming out of their shells. After only a couple of days, Mister Coffee was glued to her side. Ralph was a bit slower to warm but eventually came around for short lap visits and brief brushing sessions… also a big win. Kelda went above and beyond… my boys have high maintenance feeding routines. I will not hesitate to book Kelda again. I felt so at ease with her being in my home and taking care of my boys."

We had never booked Shaun before and it is always difficult to vett someone new, but he requested a call to discuss the situation and asked a lot of great questions to ensure that he was going to be the right person to help out. His attention to detail helped us feel comfortable handing over our cats and home remotely. Shaun followed our instructions and gave daily updates, and even helped to clean up some puke caused by the previous sitter not following our guidance. He stayed and made sure our younger cat was not stealing all the food from our senior renal cat so that these kinds of issues could be avoided. He only covered for a few days but sent plenty of daily updates so we could rest assured and enjoy the remainder of our vacation."

"Honestly, I do not know how I can praise Brennan highly enough on this platform — they are literally a lifesaver. Why do I say that? I have two persnickety pusses and one of them has asthma and needs meds every day. The last housesitter I had never saw my second cat once, like not at all. She hid the whole time (and had a terrible asthma attack when I got back, resulting in her diagnosis). Needless to say I was an anxious momma leaving my two babies for a week (the other one needs meds too!), but Brennan really went the extra mile to connect with my two cats. Little Miss Magic went from hiding in a panic in the corner to demanding pets in two days thanks to Brennan’s patience and persistence, and got her full inhaler dose each day. They were also both MUCH calmer and more relaxed than usual when I got back, and had succumbed to the magic of the Feather Toy. Honestly I think Brennan made more time to play with them than I usually do and I think they are comparing me unfavorably to their new friend!! :-D So happy and grateful, thanks Brennan."
