We’ve worked with her previously for drop-in visits, but this was our first time having her stay overnight, and it made a tremendous difference in our peace of mind while we were away. One of our cats, Colby, has chronic kidney disease and requires a very specific care routine, including subcutaneous fluids, medication, and a specialized diet. Denise handled all of this with confidence and expertise, clearly drawing from her veterinary/med tech background. She was also extremely thoughtful in managing the different dietary needs of both of our cats, ensuring everything was done correctly and consistently. Our other cat can be a bit more particular with new people, but Denise was incredibly patient, intuitive, and respectful of his personality—something we truly appreciated. It’s clear she has a natural ability to read and connect with animals. Throughout the stay, Denise provided excellent communication and updates, which gave us a lot of reassurance.
