Stacy was absolutely amazing! We've never had a cat sitter and we were nervous to leave our anxious baby alone. Stacy is incredible! I am definitely leaving a tip and recommending Stacy to as many cat owners as I can. It was hard to find a last minute sitter over the holidays when some travel came up unexpectedly. I messaged Stacy and we were talking in minutes. A few moments later I was more than sure I wanted Stacy to watch Desmo. I received updates that made me feel like I was right at home with Desmo. Arrival time, pictures, food and water amounts, litter, play pictures and departure time. Always hit the visit time length with messages on how Desmo was acting and playing throughout. Stacy spotted some mess on the carpet and asked if there was carpet cleaner to help clean it up. A++ I will be using Stacy again for my cat sitting needs 100%!

Our cat is a very finnicky eater and Stacey kept a strong eating schedule, was detail oriented, flexible when needed, and provided a zone comfortable enough for our codependent cat to eat his correct share. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
