Kait, has been a great pet sitter. We trust her staying in our home while we are away. She plays, walks and provides photo updates of our happy animals. She is willing to put medicine in ears and even clean them if we ask. Kait has been surrounded by pets her whole life and you can tell she treats them like her own. Not only does she help with watering plants and picking up poop; Kait will make sure to brush your pet so you have a cutie waiting for you when you return. Kait has been able to text with any concerns/updates so I know she is super attentive.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter.
