Elizabeth has always loved animals and she has a special kind of love for cats. She has told me her story about wanting a cat that she used take care of a street cat that her parents didn’t let her bring into her home she absolutely took good care of him while she could that story was pretty awe inspiring and Elizabeth has a heart of gold. In my experience no one has come close to taking care of my cat baby Mo like Elizabeth. She has been my long time friend and colleague of mine and I’m not just saying that because we’ve been friends for so long I would call her out or anyone for that matter if I thought otherwise. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
