Hi my name is Kristina and I am a huge cat lover! My family has owned cats my entire life and our oldest was 22 years old. I currently own 2 cats myself their names are Ashes and Meow Meow (grey and calico cat in the picture section), but growing up we actually had 10 cats total at one time so I definitely know what it entails to take care of multiple cats at once. Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
