I am a mother to three cats, one whom I've had since she was 6 months old and she passed away in April 2022 and my others that were strays in the neighborhood that I moved into in 2018. They were roaming the street but friendly and on the thinner side. I got the impression the neighbors didn't mind them being in the area but they also weren't going out of their way to feed them. After several months, I was able to get all 3 into my home where they currently live with my 13 year old cat Winky. Winky is sick and elderly and doesn't want to be bothered with the others. She is very high maintenance due to her health issues. All four have quite the personalities! Before my current 4 cats, I adopted my first cat in 1995. His name was Chi Chi. I'd never had a cat before so it was quite a learning experience. We had each other until he passed away in 2008 when he was 16. I've had Winky since 2008. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
