She sent daily updates on what she did for my kitty and tons of pictures. She followed all my instructions and was very responsive to my texts. The icing on the cake for me was that she spent time trying to engage with my kitty daily. He is shy and nervous around new people and he was usually under the bed, hiding, at the beginning of every visit with her. Joella showed me she truly cared about him because she would sit right next to the bed and gave him treats to engage with him daily. Towards the end of her visits, he would almost always come out and play with her or go eat his food. He kept me updated super frequently with pictures and texts during every visit which I greatly appreciated. He treated my cat like his own and loved him for me while I was away.
