Greetings everyone! My name is Katie and I adore cats. Cats hold a special place in my heart. I am a cat parent of 3 for over 8 years now: Oreo, Pretty, and Lucky. In addition, I have experience in volunteering at the SFSPCA and fostering young kittens before they are ready to be adopted. Specifically, I had the opportunity to care for young kittens prior to their adoption date and support them towards gaining enough weight in order to find their forever homes! Finally, I have been able to successfully provide topical ointment medications to my kitties (flea preventative medicine) and to the foster cats I have had. My experience engaging with a variety of cat personalities allows me to determine the best ways for me to interact with the cats. These personalities range from playful, vocal cats to the shy or skittish cats. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
