Marina absolutely saved my cat’s life! My kitty was diagnosed with diabetes less than a week before a trip to Europe I had scheduled with my children. I would have had to cancel the trip if Marina hadn’t agreed to give my cat her twice-daily injections, which was an even bigger challenge because my cat was feeling sick and is naturally shy with strangers. Somehow, Marina was able to coax her out, get her to eat, and administer her medication. She kept in close contact with me during the trip and gave me peace of mind, and I was soon getting videos of my cat purring and enjoying scratches and pets from Marina. Marina is a natural with both felines and humans! 💕

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
