Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes! Most holidays I can be available for part of the day. And I'll be sure to send lots of photos of your baby while you're away celebrating. 💕

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I've found the best thing you can do for fearful cats is to simply act as a gentle presence. Sitting quietly nearby and giving them slow, gentle blinks is often enough to earn their trust (eventually). Shy cats are some of the sweetest creatures, and I have so much respect and love for them.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
