Diana was quick to respond to my request for a meet and greet ahead of our trip and took notes during the walkthrough. She was very thorough about checking their food and litter levels daily and was proactive about asking any clarifying questions she needed to ensure the best care of our kitties. She wrote thorough visit summaries and provided plenty of photos so we could rest assured that we would hear about anything that happened while we were out. I'm jealous she even got our more shy kitty to come greet her at the door! We will definitely be rebooking Diana, and I recommend her for your kitties as well!

Diana is wonderful! She responds right away, asks great questions, pays attention to detail, followed my many instructions to the letter, and clearly loves and is very experienced with cats! She got along great with my two girls, who vacillate between shy and bold. I will definitely be requesting her again!

I can't say enough positive things about Diana! First, she responds quickly to requests and provides lots of info from her visits. She also arrived right on time for our meet-and-greet -- that indicates reliability to me. Second, I have two cats who are usually shy (including one who is sometimes shy and sometimes snarky), but they warmed up to Diana right away! They can also be pretty finicky but they ate well when Diana was caring for them. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing what good care Diana was providing, and I arrived home after my four-day trip to two clearly contented and well-fed kitties. Diana asks smart questions and is detail-oriented; she is clearly experienced with cats, plays with them (I got lots of fun videos of playtime), feeds them, cleans their litter, changes their Litter Genie if it gets full, and just does an all-around great job! Highly recommended!

Diana was a wonderful caretaker for our 2 cuties! She asked lots of questions to confirm how we'd like the cats fed and cared for, and she immediately put them at ease at the first meet & great. She sent extensive updates and photos with each visit, I never felt like I was missing a second! She played with them both with the time available--the grumpy picky cat and the little crazy kitten both!-- and I know they loved their time with her. Cannot recommend her services enough!

amazing on a short time window and EXACTLY what Thurston needed in playtime. .. as these were more play dates then overnight... Diana was able to enjoy just playing and wow does she exceed the normal play. some many creative games and videos, pic's to showcase. Thurston was a happy tired kitty when done. Diana was absolutely amazing!!! I'd known things would go good from reviews abd meeting-but her sitting for Thurston went beyond anything I could have hoped for. Excellent communication, pure adoration and abundant play time with our kitty - pictures , videos and details summaries if the fun, the chores and overall environment really helped me feel involved and updated like I was there. I feel even like I will NEED to book her again because Thurstons now attached too. From the progress notes and photos , Thurston bonded more each day to Diana being lime Parr of his family circle. Diane went above and beyond with everything and always asked clear questions as well as permission for anything new. we of course wanted her to be comfy in her overnight and make herself at home. but it was nice to be asked. I will love on my Lil boy when home( so excited) - and will have to step up my play time after Diana's creative and fun dedicated play time, lol.

She has a mellow and kind demeanor and the kitties took to her right away. She went above and beyond, cleaning up cat yak and sweeping up scattered litter. Even though we arranged 20-minute visits, she found time to play with the cats and provide affection.
