This was the first time I arranged for a cat sitter. I used Meowtel because an associate of mine does side work as sitter through it. Making reservations was very easy, although there was what I consider a significant bug in the system, where I began the reservation on the MLK Day holiday, which incurred an increased holiday rate, but it was also applied for the entire week. As it turned out, I had to push my schedule out a week and avoided that rate entirely. That said, rescheduling was no hassle, either. Brandy was great. She always messaged me when she arrived and then sent pictures and videos of my boy and her playing with him. This was the first time in my one boy’s life that I was away for more than a couple of nights. Having a reliable person come in to feed and scoop for them eliminated the anxiety of being gone for an extended period.

Brandy was exceptional. She communicated daily, offered to also water plants and collect mail, and took the initiative to bring one of her own kitty laser toys from home. I was anxious to leave on a 2 week vacation, but Brandy made it possible with daily visits. I was also pleasantly surprised when she asked if she could use the vacuum and broom - totally not necessary, but very much appreciated. Thank you Brandy! 😻

I had been waiting for years to find someone trustworthy to watch my cats as I vacation or visit family. I took a chance and met Brandy in person & talked about what I needed and wanted. Well…she did an amazing job medicating my cats and keeping them very happy. Brandy is so sweet & you can tell she honestly cares about my cats and keeping them happy & healthy. Amazing job she did keeping me updated with videos and texts. I can now vacation with peace of mind.

We’ve had Brandy watch our boys multiple times now and she’s always amazing. This last time, I just so happened to check our kitchen camera when she arrived and the sweetest thing happened! Both of our cats ran to her for love and attention, but the smile that hit her face when she saw them and loved them was, honestly, so incredibly heartwarming. I don’t look at the camera ever when she’s there, but was just in a place at that time where it popped up and I scoped it out. It was the sweetest thing. I mean, really, isn’t that the type of person you want watching your cats?! Someone who has this huge, genuine smile when they see them???? It warms my heart! I love you, Brandy!!!

Brandy was great as always! We’ve used her several times for cat sitting and the cats have really started to warm up to her. We love her great communication and the many update pictures she sends us while we’re away.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Brandi’s services & she was great again. She always takes the time to visit with the kitties & play with them. She sends lots of photos too. She even made friends with my scardy cat who never shows his face to anyone outdside of our household. I highly recommend her!

I always book Brandy when I need a cat-sitter. My cat loves her. She always makes sure to play with him when she visits and also leaves the place clean when she’s finished! I love all the photos and videos she sends too.

I’ve booked with Brandy many times, and she always takes amazing care of my cats. she can do diabetes testing/ insulin injections too which has been invaluable. highly recommend!

Brandy spent extra time with my difficult cats to make sure I didn't worry while away. My 20 year old shy cat needs her meds mixed in food and then still wont eat it. Brandy kept trying and did eventually get her to eat it by putting tuna juice on it. My other cat is a master at not swallowing or hiding and then spitting the pill out later. He took advantage of her and was up to his old tricks that morning but she was honest with me and let me know as I requested so I could give him the pill when I got home that night. I really appreciate her communication and dedication. She shows up on time and goes above and beyond. I will use her again.

Brandy was amazing! She truly went above and beyond in taking care of my kitties. She did an amazing job with them and also made sure to leave my apartment spotless afterward! she was also great with giving one of my cats his daily pill. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a cat-sitter!

Brandy took very good care of my three kitties, including giving several medications daily to one of them. She sent lots of cute photos & kept me informed on how everyone was doing. Unfortunately, while we away our oldest kitty passed (he had cancer, 18 yrs old, no fault of hers). Brandy showed tremendous empathy for us while we fell apart emotionally & waited patiently with him until I was able to reach a family member able to come to the house. I could tell this experience was difficult for her too & I appreciated that she continued to follow up on how we were doing. It was clear to me that she is a deeply kind & caring person. I recommend her without hesitation & would absolutly request her again the next time we travel.

Worst cat sitting experience ever! Thank God I had to come home early bc Brandy left an open trash bag full of a HUGE amount of cat poop and cat pee, just sitting wide open on my floor for 2 days! My apartment smelled horrible! As well- she left one of my cats locked in the bathroom, leaving my other cat without access to the litter box. I had placed multiple big heavy items in front of the door and told her not to move them for this reason. I found ALL of those items were pushed aside. After her visit, she didn’t provide any update and then when I asked her for one, she sent a short non-detailed response. I did reach out to her about these issues after I got home and she said she felt bad for my cat being locked out but nothing else. Didn’t even care about the giant open bag of cat poo she left. Disturbing! Brandy said she would refund the reservation, then never did! Meowtel used to be great, what happened ??

Brandy was a great choice and we can’t recommend her highly enough! We had 2 cats and a kitten that were going to be alone for the first time, and we were really concerned about how they would do. She did awesome at all their care and feeding needs, and made fast friends with all of them. She took great pictures and provided detailed updates which really helped us feel connected in our trip. She was also a great communicator and very responsive to any requests that we had. We will definitely be be booking Brandy again if we ever need to leave our cats for any length of time!

This is the second time I've had Brandy take care of my cats. She is excellent! She follows all my instructions and takes plenty of update photos. In addition, my shy cat actually comes out for her and lets her pet him -- something my dad still hasn't accomplished since knowing him for 3yrs.

Brandy is honestly amazing! I know we’re in the age of booking everything online and trusting it’s all going to work out okay, but inviting a stranger into your home and having them care for your animals while you’re not there is just plain scary. From the initial meet and greet to the photo and video updates, the clarifying questions, and actual, genuine care for my animals- Brandy was fantastic, communicative, and friendly. I have no notes for her; it was a perfect experience and she made everything so easy and comfortable! lol I highly recommend and will 100% be booking her again.
