I had to quickly find a sitter for 2 weeks over Christmas/New Years and was so relieved to find Sabrina. She was amazing! Super nice and communicative, sending videos and pictures of my cat, Belle, and keeping me updated on anything like bathroom use, hairballs, etc. I was also really happy to see that she took the time to give my cat attention and eased her (my cat's) time during this long vacation. Sabrina truly helped so much during such a busy time, and I would 100% hire her again to watch my cat knowing that she would be in great hands.

Sabrina was absolutely amazing! When my first sitter fell through, Sabrina stepped in and took over my reservation last minute. After meeting her I knew my babies Sindri and Stumps were in good hands. Sabrina sent me updates twice a day, played with my Sindri and respected my Stump’s shyness. She went above and beyond keeping their litter areas clean and cleaning up after some scarf-and-barf incidents. Sabrina is a knowledgeable cat parent and extends the love of her cats to her clients cats. 10/10 recommend!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
