Diego has watched my cat Mochi, doing over nights twice for a total of 3 weeks. Mochi is older and needs some special attention with ever changing meds and dietary concerns. Diego is reliable, good with cats, consistent with care and medications, and definitely makes me feel better about leaving my senior kitty. I have greatly appreciated his help and would recommend him to anyone needing some pet care.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
