Hello Hayward and Easy Bay Cat Owners! My name is Thomas and I have been an animal lover and owner my entire life. Growing up in a smaller town (born and raised in Reno), I was raised on a ranch with dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, snakes, chinchillas, fish, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, parakeets, various reptiles, and many more types of animals. Animals and pets are one of the best parts of life and living! We are very lucky to have our fur babies in our lives, and I want to make sure your kitties are treated with the best of the best care. Words can’t describe how amazing Thomas was with our 2 boys. He showed them so much love and affection and really went above and beyond to make sure not only our cats were ok but our house was as well when we had some random issues pop up due to a power outage. He sent us photos and videos whenever he would visit and it made our anxiety about being away from our babies disappear! 1000% recommended!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
