Valerie was amazing! She sent pic updates of my fur babies, loved on them, and was so patient winning over my cat who NEVER comes out for anyone accept now Valerie! I'd hire her again in a heartbeat, I felt so comfortable and confident having her over. I have a cat who's on both liquid and pill meds, and she had no issues taking care of my little Phoenix and giving meds, followed by love and treats. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

Valerie is a sweet, dependable, kind, funny, energetic, punctual, communicative cat (and animal) lover who took GREAT CARE of my two fur babies while I was away for 8 days! she sent daily texts and pictures and, not only didn’t mind that I had a Pet Cam, she encouraged it. She played with them, kept the litter box clean, kept their multiple water and food stations full and followed all my instructions.

Valerie was great! She took amazing care of our kitties while we were away. She took great care to learn each of their quirks and figure out how to keep them happy - ranging from treats to get one to drop toys to putting another in lap jail during feeding time so she wouldn't steal food. Valerie sent us much appreciated updates, with pictures and videos of the kitties. We will absolutely be using her again when we need someone to watch our kitties.

Valerie was an amazing Sitter. We needed someone quickly as our original boarding plans were not working out. Valerie was so helpful, prompt, easy to communicate. First time (from now on) using a cat sitter for Daphne. Special needs pills 3x day. Valerie couldn\'t be more perfect for the job. This was my first time using Meowtel and Val was amazing! In the past, my partner and I have asked friends and family to cat-sit and it’s been fine but after a professional experience with Valerie, we might not go back! Valerie gave us an update every day and sent perfect photos and even a video of our sweet cats! Our youngest cat Simon is usually so shy, but she was able to charm him on the first day! We got them water bowls on a whim before we left, not expecting them to drink because they never use their water fountains, but Val found out how they like their water and they’ve stared drinking. We were able to rest easy on our trip, while looking forward to Valerie’s update every day haha. I highly recommend Valerie for your next cat sitter!!

Val did an amazing job taking care of our two kitties! This is the first time we have ever needed to have a cat sitter and it was incredibly nerve wracking to leave our babies behind. Val made us feel very comfortable with her attention to detail and knowledge of cats in general. Our cats can be quite challenging to care for at times, needing very specific routines and medication schedules to be followed, and Val was able to take care of every small thing we requested. Leaving behind our cats was very tough for us, but having Val watch them made everything so much easier. In the event that we ever need to take another trip, we will certainly have Val watch our kitties again! (:

This whole reservation experience was perfect!! Valerie was the absolute best caretaker for my 4 kitties! She even charmed my very shy kitty Buddy out from under the bed. My kitties were very well taken care of and played with and the pictures she sent to me were adorable and made my day every time I saw them! Made traveling away from them so much less stressful. I would never worry about my cat crew with Valerie taking care of them. The Meowtel app is very easy to use and makes communication with your cat sitter so easy.
