Laura is amazing! Having her caring for our cats is a worry free when we travel. She is so efficient and caring! She came at the same time ever morning which is great to keep the feeding time routine. She takes care of all the tasks including playtime and cuddles 🥰 She always goes above and beyond and helps bring mail or packages inside. She has already created a special bond with the cats and she has a calm and lovely demeanor that when we returned they were calm and happy! We love her and are grateful we found her 😊

Laura and Kareem are simply amazing! I was so nervous about leaving my two kitties for the first time ever and their diligent care and thorough updates absolutely put me at ease during my travels. They are very communicative and followed the instructions left for my kitties care absolutely perfectly! They were also able to keep on with my one cat’s asthma medication and his all wet food diet! Laura is amazing! reliable, punctual, detail oriented and has a calm demeanor that our cats respond in a very positive way. She goes above and beyond making sure each cat has their food ( the have different diets) and medicine and even helped me bring a package inside. Cats sometimes vomit and she always cleans after them. we love her and will definitely book her again when needed.

First time Meowtel users and couldn’t be happier with Laura’s care of our two adult cats. She kept us well informed of how things were going and replied to our questions quickly. Our older cat is shy and grumpy and I was worried the most about him but Laura was able to give him his medication daily and he was already greeting her at the door by the second visit! Laura was fantastic!!! This was the first time I booked her to care for my 3 fur babies. She followed my instructions 100% and It did not take long for the Cats to warm up to her and welcome her at the door every time she came in. Two of my cats needs medication daily and she executed with no problem ( that was impressive). Even I have to chase them when I do it lol She was kind, punctual, polite, professional and provided very detail updates! She even collected my mail and helped bring some deliveries inside the house.
