Starla knocked it out of the park yet again, and this time with a longer stretch of us being away, she made a genuine connection with my cat who is notoriously shy! I worry a lot about my cat when I'm away but I know she is safe with Starla. Starla went above and beyond multiple times.

Starla went above and beyond to take care of our kitties over the holidays. She brought many different toys and treats to give them and spent a lot of time earning their trust and playing/interacting with them. We got detailed reports every day including lots of cute photos. I felt very comfortable because she is knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely book again!

Starla was so amazing with my Neemo! She was very very VERY detail oriented and checked in with me to make sure that Neemo had everything he needed to be as comfy, safe, and happy as possible. She truly went above and beyond any other cat sitter I have ever booked before on Meowtel. She even went out of her way to assist when the litter ran out (which was my bad for not ordering enough). 10/10! Will definitely book Starla again!

Starla was very caring with Floki from the beginning to the end. she made sure he had everything he needed, food, water, litter, attention and play time. She sent me feedbacks after every visit with important details. And most of all, Floki loves her!

We are thankful Starla was able to care for our two (older) guys over the holidays. Both require medication and we were nervous to leave them for the 10 day break. But Starla eliminated worries and ensured they had their required medications. And she took the time to really get to know our cats' personalities. She is like Mary Poppins for cats -- so many toys! She got both of our guys to play. Her daily updates showed that she takes cats well being seriously. We felt our cats were well taken care of and did not have to worry while we were away.

Starla was very attentive to my kitties who need a lot of attention and she was great at playing with them and giving both much needed playtime. She was great at providing novel fun time for them and accommodating their needs.

Starla patiently coaxed my shy kitty into coming out to eat and play. By the end of her stay, Starla had my two kitties leaping in the air and dashing around after toys. I’m so grateful Starla took the time to really get to know both cats, to cater to their eating quirks and give them the play and cuddles that they each specifically require. Starla was a fantastic catsitter who went above and beyond. She charmed my shy boy kitty with treats and toys and was ever so patient with my mommy’s girl cat. She took the time to learn their tendencies, quirks, and preferences around eating, playing, and interacting. She figured out that my boy cat has more of a ground style to play whereas my girl kitty is a flyer, and she was so very obliging with my girl’s pickiness. We’re so lucky to have Starla - thank you!

This was our third time using Starla in 2024, and as always she goes above and beyond in every way. This booking was the longest, during our vacation of more than three weeks, and it was very reassuring knowong that Starla was taking brilliant care of the cat and keeping an eye on the house the whole time. I had a last minute work trip out of the country and I was scrambling to find a cat sitter for my three fur balls. Starla was quick to respond and provided instructions on what needed to be done next. She came over to my place to meet in person and for her to meet and greet my cats. This also gave me the opportunity to explain instructions and to let her know where everything was at. She is a really sweet and detail oriented person. Communication was spot on! She did an excellent job letting me know when she was heading over to my place, she provided updates and details about the cats (any changes to diet, behavior, poops, etc). She sent me ongoing videos and pictures. She played with my fur balls. Whenever there were accidents, she notified me and cleaned up the mess. She asked permission if she can bring treats and toys for my cats. I also have a hamster, blubber nugget, Starla was super sweet to keep eyes on her as well. My cats loved her! It is always hard to trust someone to look over your pets, but Starla won my trust. She went FAR AND BEYOND for my cats, hamster, and in general kept my home safe. She will be the first person I call whenever I need a cat sitter. I highly recommend Starla! Thank you.
